PROCESS

To create our cocoa powder, we handpick our cocoa beans and ferment them for seven days. These beans are then sundried for another seven days before roasting and hulling them to extract nibs. These nibs are pulverized and prime-pressed to extract cocoa powder by removing some of the fat. To give it a rich, intense body, our cocoa powder contains 22% cocoa butter, twice as much as the industry average. The final product is a dark brown powder with strong flavours.
