We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please note the delivery time may vary depending upon your order. Cocoacraft is dedicated to dispatching your products within the 7th day of the timeline; however, in the case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that the actual delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline.
We have partnered with leading logistics companies to ensure that your order arrives intact and right on time.
The chocolates are frozen before dispatch and then packed in temperature controlled thermocol boxes to ensure your chocolates stay cold during transit. Unfortunately, we still can’t guarantee that your chocolate order will arrive intact during the sweltering summer months. We are always happy to hold the order until the weather cools.

At this moment we can't customise the chocolates for you. But for special requirements like weddings, corporate gifts, birthday bashes, etc - we can customise the packaging for quantities over 100 nos. Write to us to discuss the details.

Couverture is the highest grade of chocolate, containing 32% or more cocoa butter and no other fats (except in the case of milk and white chocolate, which contain milk fat). This gives it a high gloss, melt-in your-mouth feel and pure chocolate flavour.
