PROCESS

After fermenting and drying our cocoa beans, we roast and separate the beans from the hull to draw the cocoa nibs. These nibs are ground to draw a cocoa liquor, which is then prime-pressed to extract pure, natural, food-grade cocoa butter. Our process ensures that all the natural goodness of cocoa butter is retained.
