PROCESS
Our meticulously sourced cocoa beans are fermented for seven days and dried for another seven. We then roast and hull them to extract cocoa nibs. These nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate that we all love. Every step of the process is crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa without the use of any artificial ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
The full flavours of single-origin cocoa beans come alive in this chocolate. Natural vanilla enhances. The high content of cocoa butter, a rich 37%, making it pure couverture, gives it a smooth workability.
