Origin & Craftsmanship
Our journey begins in the lush landscapes of Idukki, Kerala, where we handpick the finest cocoa beans. Each step of our chocolate-making process is meticulously crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa, without any artificial ingredients.

The Process

• Fermentation: Our cocoa beans are fermented for seven days to develop complex flavours.
• Sun-drying: The beans are sun-dried for another seven days to retain their natural essence.
• Roasting & Hulling: We roast and hull the beans to extract the finest cocoa nibs.
• Slow-Conching: The nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and refined flavours that make our chocolate exceptional.
