To craft the products in this box, we handpicked our cocoa beans from Idukki in Kerala.

PROCESS

Our chocolate-making process begins with meticulously sourced cocoa beans. We ferment our coca beans for seven days and sun-dry them for another seven days. They are then roasted and hulled to extract cocoa nibs. These nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate that we all love. Well-roasted almonds are added into the chocolate to create that perfect crunch. Every step of the process is crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa without the use of any artificial ingredients.
