PROCESS

Our meticulously sourced cocoa beans are fermented for seven days and dried for another seven. We then roast and hull them to extract cocoa nibs. These nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate that we all love. Every step of the process is crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa without the use of any artificial ingredients. 

INGREDIENTS

Rich cocoa beans and natural vanilla extract come together in this chocolate, bringing alive the flavours in their truest form. The mild sweetness in this chocolate is not from sugar, but from isomalt, a prebiotic with very low GI.
