52% Dark Chocolate Spread with Peanut Butter

Made with real chocolate, the richness of our signature 52% dark chocolate and nuttiness of roasted peanuts find a fine balance in this spread. 

PROCESS

To create this spread we use our signature couverture chocolate. The chocolate is made using meticulously sourced cocoa beans, fermented for seven days and sundried for another seven. The beans are then roasted and hulled to extract nibs. These nibs are slow conched to bring alive the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate we love. Premium peanuts are perfectly roasted and ground into butter and blended with the chocolate for a deliciously decadent spread.

SUITABLE FOR

Spread it on toast, and enjoy it as a snack. You can also mix it in desserts or baked products like cupcakes. It is also a great addition to frosting.
